Vico 01
VICO 01 is a 7-apartment residence. Each apartment includes a whole host of amenities and different layouts for a perfect stay. It is located in Viale Giovanni Vico 1, Alba (Cuneo).
You can leave your car in large public parking areas with free and/or paid parking spaces within walking distance of the facility. It is the ideal location because it is a stone’s throw from the historic town center but outside the restricted traffic zone. Getting there is very easy. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity where guests can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the city’s streets. The offices and facilities of major companies in the area are also located within walking distance: Vico 01 can also be an excellent destination for business trips. It is considered the ideal base for exploring the city of Alba because it offers guests a safe and modern place in which to relax while on vacation or to take a break and unwind after a day’s work.

Weekly apartment cleaning
Towels and bed linen are provided in each room. For longer stays, weekly apartment cleaning with linen and towel change is provided.

Wi-Fi (fast fiber connection) is available in all the apartments.

You can arrange self check-in at no extra cost at any time, subject to availability, for safe and wait-free access to your apartment.
Guests can arrive at the facility whenever it suits them by sending in advance a digital copy of the ID required for registration and prepayment, including tourist tax. In this way, no contact with AlbaResidence staff will be necessary.
